Sam Hannon, Cert RBCB Director of Hannons Estate Agents

Sam's background prior to setting up Hannons Estate Agents was working for a global bank within their retail, commercial and real estate/ leasehold commercial as well as project managment. Sam is a yellow belt within Six Sigma that spanned over ten and a half years. Some of the roles Sam had have crossed across onto Estate Agents that she and her husband have set up. She brings a wealth of knowledge on the sales and lettings side. Sam believes in sales through service.

To relax, Sam trains at the gym three times a week and walks her dogs; she also likes Sundays as a family day to spend with her husband, family, dogs and her neice. Sam also enjoys cooking.

Bruce Hannon Valuer

Bruce brings over two decades of experience in Estate Agency world , excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through.

He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectivly and building releationships.

Dale Knight Principal & Advisor

Having worked in the industry since 1992 Dale brings with him a wealth of experience when helping people with their mortgage and protection needs. He runs the company with his business partner and wife, Sue Knight.

Dale's professional and relaxed approach will put you at ease. He is well versed in all areas of advice, whether that is helping a first-time buyer enter the market or a high net-worth individual looking to build property portfolios or secure more complicated funding for larger loans. His philosophy is one of meeting new clients and then working with them in the long term. Dale is very passionate about the industry and comments, "My delivery of advice is always tailored to the individuals in front of me, and I pride myself on the feedback I get from my clients and the recommendations I receive."

Away from work, Dale is a committed family man and spends his spare time either playing tennis or walking the dogs with Sue.

Sue Knight Business Principal and Office Manager

Sue is our Business Principal and Office Manager, keeping us all in check and well-behaved. She is also Dale's long-suffering wife!

IPM qualified, Sue brings to the team 30+ years of experience working in personnel, management and customer-facing roles and has turned our small one adviser brokerage into a streamlined and successful business.

After a long career in the civil service (DWP and DfE) Sue decided to get a change of scenery and join Dale at Mortgage Advice Bureau in 2018. Although mortgages are both interesting and challenging, she does still miss the bright lights and excitement of working in Job Centres and Teacher Misconduct!

Adey Mortgage para-planner

Adrian joined us after a career break from the mortgage industry, but he first started working in mortgages when he was 17 years old (that's 31 years experience!) Adrian works primarily alongside Dale as his mortgage para-planner and helps with administrative tasks and building relationships with clients.

Mark Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Joining us in May 2022 as a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser, Mark is the newest member of our team.

He has quickly become a valued colleague who shares our ethos of providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all of our clients have a positive mortgage experience.

He is always happy to chat through your requirements and help to secure the right mortgage for you and once your mortgage application has commenced he will be on hand to assist you throughout the process.

Whether you are moving or re-mortgaging Mark will make sure that you always receive the right guidance and advice.
